Simon Levy
I am a complete realist (noun: a person who accepts a situation as it is and is prepared to deal with it accordingly), I do not believe in wishful thinking. I take a practical approach to life and work and I strive to impart this approach on others. Life throws many obstacles at us along the way, we do what we can to persevere but some times we need help and it's perfectly ok to ask. I'm here to help you overcome your mental and physical goals when it comes to your physical health.

Let me tell you about myself; I had the career I had worked my whole life to achieve, I was exactly where I wanted to be in the Royal Australian Navy. Lieutenant Commander - Aeronautical Engineer in charge of 350 sailors and 16 aircraft. Until one day, while doing something I'm very passionate about (playing AFL) I suffered an injury that left me with major brain trauma. It was a long, hard road to recovery so believe me when I tell you that no one is more understanding of physical and mental limitations than me, and that those limitations can be overcome. From 5 days in a coma, intensive care wards, Brain Injury Transitional Living and 3 years physical and mental rehabilitation to twice Ironman finisher. Anything Is Possible.
I am now on a different path. I have reeducated and am now a certified III and IV Personal Trainer dedicated to helping people achieve their mental and physical fitness goals. I truly believe a strong body builds a strong mind.

No limit is too high and no goal is unobtainable. Let me help you create YOUR Perfection. Anything Is POSSIBLE.
