Mobility Program
Pilates Work Out

A simple one week program for those struggling with flexibility to get you and keep you mobile and moving. Incorporating very gentle movements and stretches that you can do anywhere. No equipment necessary. Sessions are tailored to your specific needs. These simple and effective movements will ensure you stay active and flexible well into your older years.

Designed for senior citizens who want to maintain their strength, mobility and balance. A low impact HIIT style of class tailored to the seniors age group. Held at Banksia Hall Culburra Seniors Centre every Tuesday and Thursday @ 9:30am.
